摘要
目的对某选煤厂进行职业病危害控制效果评价,识别生产过程产生的职业病危害因素,评价其防护设施、措施,为该选煤厂竣工验收提供依据。方法采用职业卫生调查法、检查表分析法、职业卫生检测法、工程分析法等对该项目职业病危害控制效果进行评价。结果职业病危害因素基本符合要求,2处代表性工作地点粉尘中游离二氧化硅含量为4.5%~7.8%。7个工种接触总粉尘浓度CTWA为0.14~3.08 mg/m^3,6个工种接触呼吸性粉尘浓度CTWA为0.70~2.72 mg/m^3。7个工种中1个工种接触粉尘超标,超标率为14.3%;在20个工作地点中1处接触粉尘超标,超标率为5.0%。7个工种接触噪声8 h等效声级为81.3~92.3 dB(A);3个工种超标,超标率为42.8%。工作场所一氧化碳、二氧化氮、锰及其无机化合物、紫外辐射浓度/强度符合职业接触限值要求。职业卫生管理、总体布局基本符合要求,职业病防护设施基本合理、有效,职业健康监护、应急救援、个人使用的职业病防护用品等符合相关要求。结论该项目职业病危害风险严重,综合评价其职业病危害控制效果有效,达到竣工验收条件。
Objective To evaluate the effect of occupational hazard control in a coal preparation plant,to identify the occupational hazard in the production processing,to evaluate its protective facilities and measures,and to provide a basis for the completion acceptance of the coal preparation plant.Methods The occupational health hazard control effect was evaluated by occupational health survey method,checklist analysis method,occupational hazards test method and engineering analysis method.Results The occupational hazards basically met the requirements.The free silica content in the dust at the two representative workplaces was 4.5%-7.8%.The CTWA of the 7 types of worker expose total dust was 0.14-3.08 mg/m3,and the CTWA of 6 types of worker expose respiratory dust was 0.70-2.72 mg/m3.Among the 7 types of worker,the exposure dust exceeded the standard,and the over-standard rate was 14.3%.One of the workplaces was exposed to dust exceeding the standard,and the over-standard rate was 5.0%.The equivalent sound level of 8h exposure was 81.3-92.3[dB(A)],and the three types of worker exceed the standard,and the over-standard rate was 42.8%.Occupational health management and overall layout of the construction project basically met the requirements.The occupational disease prevention facilities were basically reasonable and effective.Occupational health surveillance,emergency rescue,and occupational protective equipment met the relevant requirements.Conclusion The risk of occupational disease hazards in this project is serious.The comprehensive evaluation of its occupational hazard control effect is effective and meets the conditions for completion acceptance.
