放顶煤反四连杆过渡支架有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 以低位放顶煤过渡支架为研究对象,分别对过渡支架顶梁受偏心载荷且底座两端受载、顶梁受偏心载荷且底座受扭转载荷和顶梁与底座同时受扭转载荷3种工况下放顶煤反四连杆过渡支架的整架进行静力强度分析,保证过渡支架在顶梁偏载、扭转等工况下仍能安全作业。根据仿真过程中过渡支架各结构件出现的应力集中,提出部件的合理选材和结构形式优化,为支架在井下地质构造应力和覆岩运动特征不明等复杂工况下作业时存在的支架选型、放煤效率低、安全性差和对矿井适应性等问题的解决提供了理论依据。 Taking the transition support of low level top coal caving as the research object,the static strength analysis of the whole frame of the reverse four-bar transition support was carried out under three working conditions:the top beam of the transition support is under eccentric load and the two ends of the base are loaded;the top beam is under the eccentric load and the base is under the torsion load,and the top beam and the base are subjected to the torsional load at the same time,ensured that the transition support can still work safely under the conditions of eccentric load and torsion of the top beam.According to the stress concentration of each structural part of the transition support in the simulation process,the reasonable material selection and structural form optimization of the components were proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for the support selection,low coal caving efficiency,poor safety and adaptability to the mines in the complex working conditions such as underground geological structure stress and unknown overburden movement characteristics.
