摘要
随着各国卫星计划的不断扩展,静止轨道轨位频率日益紧缺,尤其是在通信、对地观测领域有着广阔应用前景的Ka和Ku频段。当前,各国在静止轨道轨位和频率的竞争激烈,我国尚处于落后地位。针对与我国最直接相关的东经115°~125°弧段内Ka,Ku频率资源情况进行了分析,梳理了该弧段内在轨卫星分布和Ka,Ku频段使用情况。考虑干扰风险和资源优劣因素,对我国在该弧段内开展卫星网络资源维护及申报提出了建议。
With the continuous growing of worldwide GEO satellite plans,the demand for GEO resources has been continuously increasing,especially for Ka and Ku bands that are widely used in communication and earth observation.Currently,there is a strong competition for GEO orbits and bands among different countries,in which China is in a disadvantaged position.The GEO satellite network situation between 115°E and 125°E,which is directly related with China,is analyzed,and a review of the satellites distribution and utilization of Ku and Ka bands is presented.Finally,considering the interference risk and resources superiority,some suggestions are provided for the maintenance and application of satellite network resources.
