摘要
索塔横梁是斜拉桥索塔的重要横向联系构件,与塔柱一起构成框架结构.索塔横梁构造设计美观且复杂,施工方案直接影响桥梁施工的质量和安全,并影响桥梁施工工期.针对主塔横梁结构特点,采用先塔柱、后横梁,塔梁异步施工;支架体系采用悬空组合支撑体系,即碗扣式支架与钢板牛腿-钢分配梁-贝雷梁-横向分配梁相结合的支架体系方案.该方案实现了横梁支架体系的技术创新性探索,达到了节省成本、减小了施工难度、加强施工安全、提高工作效率以及保证工程质量的效果.
The beam of cable tower is an important transverse connection component of cable tower of cable-stayed bridge,which forms frame structure together with pylon.The structural design of the cable tower beam is beautiful and complex.The construction scheme directly affects the quality and safety of the bridge construction and the construction period of the bridge.According to the structural characteristics of the main tower beam,the first column,the second beam and the tower beam are constructed asynchronously;the support system adopts the suspended composite support system,that is,the support system scheme of the combination of the bowl buckle support and the steel plate bracket-steel distribution beam-Bailey beam-transverse distribution beam.The scheme realizes the technical innovation exploration of the beam support system,and achieves the effects of saving cost,reducing the construction difficulty,strengthening the construction safety,improving the work efficiency and ensuring the project quality.
