变参数下冶金用圆柱滚子轴承模态分析

摘要 在复杂工况下,冶金设备用圆柱滚子轴承的保持架与轴承其他部件会频繁无规律碰撞,容易引起共振,并造成保持架提前疲劳断裂等问题。本文首先对圆柱滚子轴承进行理论分析,并建立了圆柱滚子轴承模态分析有限元模型。其次,对分别采用尼龙、黄铜、铝合金和20#钢四种材质的保持架进行了模态分析,并提取不同材质下保持架各阶固有频率。最后,研究了不同兜孔间隙与引导间隙下,保持架30阶模态的固有频率和振型。研究结果表明:在相同结构参数下,四种保持架材质抵抗共振的能力为20#钢>铝合金>黄铜>尼龙;随着保持架引导间隙与兜孔间隙的增加,保持架的固有频率都会减小,共振的风险也都增大,且从参数变化对保持架共振的灵敏度上来说,保持架引导间隙参数变化的灵敏度大于兜孔间隙参数变化的灵敏度。该研究为冶金圆柱轴承保持架的材质与参数提供了一定的理论依据。 Under complex working conditions,the cage of the cylindrical roller bearing for metallurgical equipment frequently and irregularly collide with other parts of the bearing,easily causing vibration,and causing problems such as premature fatigue fracture of the cage.First of all,the cylindrical roller bearing is analyzed from the theoretical aspect,and the finite element model of cylindrical roller bearing modal analysis is established.Secondly,the cage is made of four materials:nylon,brass,aluminum alloy and 20#steel,and the modal analysis is performed to extract the natural frequencies of different orders under different materials.Finally,the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the first 30 order modes under variable pocket clearance and guide clearance of cage are studied.The research results show that under the same cage structure parameters,the order of four typical cage materials to resist vibration is 20#steel>aluminum alloy>brass>nylon.With the cage guiding gap and the pocket clearance increase,the natural frequency of the cage will decrease and the risk of vibration will increase.For the sensitivity of the parameter change to the cage resonance,the sensitivity of thet cage guide gap parameter change is greater than that of the pocket gap parameter change.This research provides a certain theoretical basis for the materials and parameters of metallurgical cylindrical bearing cages.
