摘要
针对缠绕管式换热器的结构特点,研究了垫条的不同排列形式对缠绕管式换热器流动和传热性能的影响。结果表明:当垫条交错式排布时,在黏性力的作用下低流速区域的流体会流向高流速区域,并且在垫条的附近有旋涡生成,增强了相邻管层间流体的相互作用。与没有垫条的模型相比,对齐分布的垫条和交错式的能够使压力降分别增大15.94%和39.03%。交错式分布的热性能参数大于1,而对齐分布的参数值小于1,表明交错式分布能够提高缠绕管式换热器的性能。但是垫条的数量对流动和传热的性能影响不大,当垫条的数量从12增加至15时努塞尔数Nu的变化范围是-1.0%~3.0%。
The effects of different arrangement styles of spacing bars on flow and heat transfer performance of spiral-wound heat exchanger are numerically studied.The results show that:when the spacing bar are arranged in staggered style,the fluids in the low-velocity regions would flow into high-velocity regions because of the viscous force and the region near the spacing bar are easier to form eddies which enhance the interactions of the fluid in adjacent tube layer.Compared with the model without spacing bar,the pressure drop of aligned and staggered spacing bar increased by 15.94%and 39.03%respectively.The thermal performance parameter of staggered distribution is greater than 1,while that of aligned distribution is less than 1,which indicates that staggered distribution can improve the performance of spiral-wound heat exchanger.However,the quantity of spacing bar has no significant influence on flow and heat transfer performance.When the number of cushion strips increases from 12 to 15,the Nusselt number ranges from-1.0%to 3.0%.
