摘要
目的探究复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏联用生理盐水喷雾剂治疗干燥性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将我院2018年05月至2019年11月诊治的84例干燥性鼻炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组42例。对照组患者给与红霉素软膏联用生理盐水喷雾剂治疗,治疗组给与复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏联用生理盐水喷雾剂进行治疗,疗程为4周。观察两组患者在治疗前后患者临床症状,包括鼻子干燥、涕中带血、鼻咽部疼痛、鼻腔灼热、鼻腔痂皮和利氏区黏膜糜烂,并比较两组的临床总有效率。结果经4周治疗后,治疗组患者各项临床症状治愈率均高达80%以上,而对照组各项临床症状治愈率中仅鼻子干燥高于80%;治疗组临床总有效率为90.5%,对照组为78.6%,两组比较差异具有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论复方木芙蓉涂鼻软膏联用生理盐水喷雾剂治疗干燥性鼻炎疗效显著。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of compound mufurong nasal ointment combined with saline spray in the treatment of dry rhinitis.Methods 84 patients with dry rhinitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with erythromycin ointment combination with saline spray,and the treatment group was given compound mufurong nasal ointment in combination with saline spray for 4 weeks.The clinical symptoms of patients in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,including dry nose,blood in the nose,nasopharyngeal pain,nasal burning,nasal crusts and mucosal erosion in Leigh region,and the total clinical effective rates of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the cure rate of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was more than 80%,while in the control group,only dry nose was higher than 80%.The total clinical effective rate was 90.5%in the treatment group and 78.6%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Mufurong nasal ointment combined with saline spray is effective in the treatment of dry rhinitis.
