摘要
基于新经济地理学和创新地理学理论,采用2003—2017年间30个省份的数据,分析了中国情景下,多元化和专业化集聚对区域创新绩效的影响机制。结果表明:(1)产业多元化集聚和专业化集聚均会对区域创新绩效具有显著地正向影响。(2)周边区域专业化集聚对区域创新具有显著地促进作用,周边区域多元化集聚对本地区域创新具有显著地负向影响。(3)R&D投入强化了产业多元化集聚对创新绩效的正向作用,而FDI削弱了产业多元化集聚对创新绩效的促进效果,R&D投入和FDI存在协同调节作用。(4)产业集聚对创新绩效的影响在不同创新发展阶段的区域间存在差异,产业集聚是从多元化到专业化的过程,随着区域创新能力的提升,产业集聚的外部性会降低。研究结论对于新兴国家产业集聚理论具有一定理论贡献,为我国提升区域创新能力提供理论支持。
Based on the theory of new economic geography and innovation geography,using the data of 30 provinces from 2003 to 2017,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of diversification and specialization agglomeration on regional innovation performance in China.The results show that:(1)both industrial diversification agglomeration and specialization agglomeration have a significant positive impact on regional innovation performance.(2)The specialization of surrounding areas plays a positive role in promoting local regional innovation,and the diversified agglomeration of surrounding areas has a significant negative impact on local regional innovation.(3)R&D investment strengthens the promotion effect of industrial diversification on innovation performance,while FDI weakens the promotion effect of industrial diversification on innovation performance.(4)The impact of industrial agglomeration on innovation performance is different in different innovation development stage.Industrial agglomeration is a process from diversification to specialization.With the improvement of regional innovation,the externality of industrial agglomeration will be reduced.The conclusion of this study has a certain theoretical contribution to the theory of industrial agglomeration in emerging countries,and provides theoretical support for improving regional innovation capacity in China.
