摘要
DM慢性并发症的早期诊治是逆转病情、提高患者生存质量和延长预期寿命的关键。DM慢性并发症起病隐匿,容易被忽视,核医学影像技术以早期发现病变血流、功能、代谢改变为主,可指导治疗并判断预后。本文对核医学影像技术在DM慢性并发症中的应用价值进行综述,旨在促进其正确应用并降低DM慢性并发症的危害。
Chronic complications of diabetes mellitus are usually latent and unnoticeable at the early stage.Therefore,in diabetic patients,early detection and intervention are pivotal points for improving life quality and prolonging life span.Nuclear medicine imaging technology performs an irreplaceable role in monitoring blood flow,function and metabolism changes of early lesions,which plays a potential role in early diagnosis,management and prognosis estimation.In order to promote the application of nuclear medicine imaging technology in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic diabetic complications,we reviewed the utilization and progress in this field.
