摘要
根据大多数开挖隧道的特性,针对现有衬砌台车的短板,设计了一种新型自动行走全向模板衬砌台车,能够适用于含有横向或纵向坡度隧道。首先介绍了新型模板台车的结构,并利用MIDAS辅助设计软件对模板、拱板及通梁等关键部件进行了应力分析。结果表明结构设计合理,在最不利荷载作用下,台车骨架和模板变形均符合施工要求。
In view of the problems suffered by the existing lining trolleys,a new self-propelled lining trolley for the tunnel’s omni-directional formwork is worked out,according to the characteristics of most excavated tunnels.The lining trolley is applied to the tunnels with horizontal and longitudinal ramps.Firstly,the structure of the new lining trolley is introduced;with the aid of the MIDAS auxiliary design software,the stress analysis is conducted on the key components such as formwork,arch plate and cross beam.The results show that the structural design is reasonable.With the most unfavorable load,the deformation of the trolley’s frame and formwork meets the construction requirements.
