摘要
当今互联网技术在高速的进步中,电商和快递行业不断发展,货物的流通速度也随之更快,与此同时,能源的损耗也在不断加剧,并对环境造成一定的影响。论文主要运用AHP与SWOT这两种定性与定量的方法对菜鸟网络在绿色物流方面的措施进行分析,找出影响其绿色物流应用的关键性因素,并借此提出比较客观的策略与建议。
With the rapid progress of internet technology,the continuous development of e-commerce and express delivery industry has made the circulation of goods faster.Meanwhile,the energy consumption is also increasing,which will have a certain impact on the environment.This paper mainly uses AHP and SWOT qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the measures of Cainiao Network in green logistics,finds out the key factors affecting the application of green logistics,and puts forward relatively objective strategies and suggestions.
