考虑盗版影响的信息产品更新换代策略研究 被引量:2

Research on the Product Rollover Strategy of Information Products Under Impacts of Pirates

摘要 结合经典效用函数模型及消费者个人理性和激励相容理论,考虑盗版厂商复制新产品的能力,构建了盗版厂商不具备新产品复制能力时信息产品的单品换代和共生换代以及盗版厂商具备新产品复制能力时的单品换代和共生换代4个模型。研究发现:若盗版厂商不具备新产品复制能力,正版厂商应选择单品换代;若盗版厂商能够复制新产品,绝大多数情况下共生换代对正版厂商更有利,且盗版厂商只会在新产品创新程度较低时入侵新产品市场,新产品创新程度较高时盗版厂商只向消费者提供老版本。此外,盗版厂商具备新产品复制能力时,若正版厂商选择单品换代,盗版厂商也会摒弃老版本。 Based on theories of individual rationalism and incentive compatibility,this paper uses utility function model to analyze single rollover and dual rollover of information products,considering whether the pirate company has the ability to copy new products.It constructs four models:single rollover with the pirate company not having the ability,dual rollover with the pirate company not having the ability,single rollover with the pirate company having the ability and dual rollover with the pirate company having the ability.It finds that:When the pirate company does not have the ability,the commercial company should choose single rollover. If the pirate company has the ability,dual rollover is better than single rollover for the commercial company in most occasions,and the pirate company will invade the new product’s market when the innovation level is low while the pirate company will only sell the old version when the innovation level is high.In addition,if the pirate company is able to copy the new version it will abandon the old version under single rollover.
