摘要
在研究带式输送机多点驱动控制设计总要求的基础上,通过分析驱动滚筒驱动力,得出对应电机的额定功率、数量及电机安装位置。通过对比不同驱动方式的优劣性,设计了多点驱动带式输送机的监测系统,从而实现带式输送机的多点驱动,增强工作面的生产能力。
On the basis of studying the general requirements of multi-point drive control design of belt conveyor, the rated power, quantity and installation position of the corresponding motor are obtained by analyzing the driving force of the driving drum. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different driving modes, the monitoring system of multi-point drive belt conveyor is designed to realize the multi-point drive of belt conveyor and enhance the production capacity of working face.
