摘要
针对选煤厂皮带运输机存在的因煤料与带速不匹配而造成电能浪费的问题,研究基于变频和PLC控制技术的节能方案。在该方案的设计中,首先建立带速、煤流量的节能模型,完成带速、功率两级PID动态调节,使得皮带运输机的带速和煤流量实时匹配,避免轻载、空载情况的发生。实际应用效果显示:节电效果明显,同时延长了皮带以及托辊的使用寿命。
Aiming at the problem of power waste caused by the mismatch of coal material and belt speed in belt conveyer of coal preparation plant, the energy saving scheme based on frequency conversion and PLC control technology is studied. Firstly, the energy saving model of belt speed and coal flow is established, and the dynamic adjustment of belt speed and power PID is completed, which makes the belt speed and coal flow match in real time, so as to avoid the occurrence of light load and no load. The results show that the power saving effect is obvious, and the service life of belt and roller is prolonged.
