患者和家属同步健康教育在膝骨关节炎治疗中应用的效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨家属同步健康教育在膝骨关节炎治疗中的应用效果。方法:以2018年3月1日-2019年3月1日在上海市嘉定区南翔镇社区卫生服务中心门诊接受治疗的80例膝骨关节炎患者及家属作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组40例与试验组40例。试验组有男性15例,女性25例,平均年龄(65.53±12.6)岁;对照组有男性13例,女性27例,平均年龄(67.35±14.7)岁。两组患者入组后均接受常规健康教育,试验组在对照组的基础上实施家属同步健康教育。比较干预前后两组患者的临床疗效、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)、Lequesne量表、自我管理行为、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和生活质量量表(WHOQOL-100)的评分。结果:试验组患者的临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(97.5%比70.0%,P<0.05);试验组患者的VAS评分、Lequesne量表、SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的自我管理行为评分和WHOQOL-100评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家属与患者同步健康教育可有效缓解膝骨关节炎患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提升患者自我管理行为,减轻患者疼痛,改善了临床疗效和生活质量。 Objective:To explore the application effect of synchronous health education for family members in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis and their families who were treated in the Outpatient Clinic of Nanxiang Community Health Service Center,Jiading District,Shanghai from March 1,2018 to March 1,2019 were selected as the study objects,and according to the random number table method,divided into a control group with 40 cases and an experimental group with 40 cases.The experimental group had 15 male cases and 25 females cases with the average of(65.53±12.6)years old;the control group had 13 male cases and 27 female cases with an average of(67.35±14.7)years old.The patients in both groups received routine health education,on the basis of the control group,the experimental group implemented synchronous health education for family members.Before and after the intervention,the clinical efficacy,pain visual analogue scale(VAS),Lequesne scale,self-management behavior,anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS),depression self-assessment scale(SDS)and quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100)were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical curative effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(97.5%vs.70.0%,P<0.05);the VAS score,Lequesne scale,SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the self-management behavior score and WHOQOL-100 score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Synchronous health education for family members and patients can effectively relieve anxiety and depression of patients with knee osteoarthritis,improve self-management behavior of patients,reduce patients’pain,and improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life.
