大型预制沙河渡槽“槽上运槽”过程动力响应仿真分析

摘要 大型预制渡槽在“槽上运槽”过程中若承载槽承载力不足,则可能导致施工槽、承载槽的双重破坏,严重影响甚至危害渡槽施工。以南水北调沙河梁式渡槽为研究对象,试验监测运槽车轮子中心行驶至承载槽1/8跨、1/4跨以及1/2跨处时,承载槽槽身混凝土应力及预应力钢绞线应力变化规律。监测结果表明:在运槽过程中,承载槽槽身混凝土及钢绞线应力较空槽状态略有上升;槽身混凝土及钢绞线基本属于受压状态,压应力小于材料强度,但承载槽跨中槽底及端部存在小范围拉应力区,拉应力超过混凝土抗拉强度,具有较高开裂风险。因此,大型预制渡槽“槽上运槽”过程存在一定安全隐患,需要加强承载槽跨中槽底的应力监测,必要时可采取附加支撑加固措施。 During the transport process by“transportation on top of aqueduct”method,the constructing aqueduct and bearing aqueduct of large prefabricated aqueduct may be both destroyed.It is harmful to aqueduct construction.The beam aqueduct of Shahe river in the south to north water diversion project was monitored when the center of transport car on the position of 1/8 span,1/4 span and 1/2 span of the bearing aqueduct and the concrete stress and steel stress were discussed.The results show that,firstly,the concrete stress and steel stress is slightly higher after transportation;secondly,concrete and steel of the aqueduct are basically compressed and the compressive stress is less than the material strength;finally,the concrete at the bottom and the end of bearing aqueduct are tensile and the tensile stress exceeds the tensile strength that result in high cracking risk.Therefore,it is dangerous for large prefabricated aqueduct during the transportation process by“transportation on top of aqueduct”method.So we should monitor the concrete stress on the bottom of the bearing aqueduct and take additional support and reinforcement measures if necessary.
