摘要
通过数据挖掘技术挖掘名老中医诊疗冠心病心绞痛临证经验,发现其中隐性知识,对提升冠心病心绞痛诊疗水平具有重要意义。本文从数据挖掘技术运用现状、在传承名老中医诊疗经验中的运用、存在问题、措施及展望4个方面进行综述,并提出由专业人员规范数据,引入全新数据挖掘方式及借助人工智能技术等方式进行数据挖掘,为进一步传承名老中医学术思想传承发展提供一定参考。
Data mining technology can be used to explore the clinical experience of national TCM masters in the diagnosis and treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and discover the hidden knowledge,which is of great significance for improving the diagnosis and treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.This article reviewed from the current situation of the application of data mining technology,the application in inheriting the diagnosis and treatment experience of national TCM masters,existing problems,measures and prospects,and put forward that professionals should standardize the data,new data mining methods should be introduced and artificial intelligence technology should be used to carry out data mining,which can provide some references for the further inheritance and development of the academic thoughts of national TCM masters.
