摘要
目的探讨个性化护理干预联合健康宣教对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者心理状态的影响。方法选取我院2017年10月至2019年9月收治的106例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同将其分为对照组(53例,常规护理)和观察组(53例,个性化护理干预+健康宣教)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为90.57%,明显高于对照组的75.47%(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的FPG、2 h PG、SBP、DBP水平均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预联合健康宣教可有效提高2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的生活质量,控制患者的血糖和血压,明显改善患者的心理状态。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention combined with health education on mental state of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension.Methods A total of 106 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension treated in our hospital from October 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(53 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(53 cases,individualized nursing intervention+health education)according to different nursing methods.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.57%,which was significantly higher than 75.47%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of FPG,2 h PG,SBP and DBP in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups reduced,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention combined with health education can effectively improve the quality of life,control the blood sugar and blood pressure,and significantly improve the psychological state of patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension.
