摘要
目的观察止颤颗粒治疗帕金森病异动症(LID)的临床疗效。方法入选异动症病人95例,随机分为治疗组(47例)与对照组(48例),采用双盲、安慰剂平行对照法,两组均常规服用西药,治疗组同时服用止颤颗粒,对照组同时服用止颤颗粒安慰剂,两组均治疗12周,每4周随访1次。采用帕金森病综合评分量表Ⅲ(UPDRSⅢ)、帕金森病综合评分量表Ⅳ-A(UPDRSⅣ-A)、不自主运动评定量表(AIMS)、中医证候量表评分比较两组异动症及中医证候的改善情况。结果治疗组治疗后UPDRSⅢ、UPDRSⅣ-A、AIMS、中医证候评分从第8周起均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),并且在治疗12周后,UPDRSⅣ-A、中医证候量表评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组中医证候总有效率为80.85%,对照组为18.75%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论止颤颗粒可改善异动症病人的帕金森病运动症状、不自主运动症状和中医证候等。
Objective To observe the effect of Zhichan granule in the treatment of dyskinesia in Parkinson′s disease.Methods Ninty-five patients of dyskinesia in Parkinson′s disease were randomly divided into the control group(n=47)and the treatment group(n=48).On the basis of routine comprehensive treatment of dyskinesia in Parkinson′s disease,the control group was treated with Zhichan granule placebo,and the treatment group was treated with Zhichan granule.Two groups were treated for 12 weeks and were followed up once every 4 weeks.The improvement of dyskinesia and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome were compared by Unified Parkinson′s disease Rating Scale(UPDRSⅢ),Unified Parkinson′s disease Rating Scale(UPDRSⅣ-A),Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale(AIMS),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale.Results After 8 week,UPDRSⅢ,UPDRSⅣ-A,AIMS,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale in the treatment group were significantly reduced(P<0.01).The effect of dyskinesia and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group were both better than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group was better than in the control group(80.85%vs 18.75%,P<0.01).Conclusion Zhichan granule could improve the motor symptoms,involuntary motor symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of dyskinesia in Parkinson′s disease.
