摘要
本文主要从完善预实验制度、实验教学过程相互监督管理、建立和完善实验教学巡查和督导制度三方面来阐述医药院校化学实验教学的规范化管理。实验教学而过程的规范化管理的实施,不仅使实验教学秩序井然有序,大大提高实验教学效果,还能使实验相关教师在专业上、服务上、教学上等各方面水平的提升,使学生在实验操作的技能上、实验细节的科习惯上也能得到综合性的提高,从而促进实验教学质量水平的提升,培养实验技能性创新型的高素质医药人才。
The standardized management of chemical experiment teaching in medical colleges and universities was mainly expounded in three aspects:improving the pre-experiment system,mutual supervision and management of the experimental teaching process,establishing and improving the experimental teaching inspection and supervision system.The implementation of standardized management of experimental teaching not only makes the order of experimental teaching orderly and greatly improves the effect of experimental teaching,but also improves the professional level,service,teaching and other aspects of experimental teachers,so that students'skill of experiment operation and the discipline of experiment details can also be comprehensively improved,so as to promote the improvement of the quality of experimental teaching,and train the innovative and high-quality medical personnel with experimental skills.
