摘要
随着复合材料在各领域的广泛使用,废弃复合材料的回收与再利用成为了必须面对的问题。大多数结构件所采用的是热固性树脂基复合材料,正是由于其优良的耐腐蚀性,复合材料的回收与再利用存在一定的挑战。文中归纳了碳纤维复合材料的回收技术,并调研了回收碳纤维在国内外的应用现状,发现目前热裂解回收方法在国外已经得到了成熟的应用,回收纤维也已用于规模化生产航空、地面交通等领域的结构零件;但国内碳纤维回收和回收纤维产业化的报道则较少。结合碳纤维复合材料的3D打印技术,如果将回收的碳纤维用作3D打印原材料,既有利于环境保护,又能降低复合材料3D打印制件的成本,具有重要的社会效应和经济价值。
With the widespread use of composite materials in various fields,the recycling and reuse of waste composite materials have become severe problems.It is the excellent corrosion resistance of thermosetting resin matrix composite,which is used in most engineering structures,that brings challenges to the recycling and reuse of waste composite.In this paper,common recycling technologies of carbon fiber composites were summarized,and the current applications of recycled carbon fibers at home and abroad were investigated.It is found that the pyrolysis method has been maturely developed overseas,and the recycled fibers are applied to large-scale production of parts in aviation,ground transportation and other fields.However,only few domestic works about the carbon fiber recycling and the industrialization of recycled fibers were reported.Combining with the 3 D print technology of carbon fiber composite,it is beneficial to not only environment protection but also costs reduction of 3 D printed composite parts if recycled carbon fibers are used as 3 D print raw material,which has important social effect and economic value.
