摘要
采用食用合成色素苋菜红标准物质校准薄层色谱扫描仪,对线性误差校准结果的不确定度进行评定。分析了校准过程中不确定度来源,包括校准曲线拟合值、标准物质、溶液配制、点样器等引入的不确定度。使用食用合成苋菜红纯度标准物质,配制成校准规范所要求的标物浓度,并对配制结果进行了不确定度评定。结果表明配制的溶液满足校准规范的要求,可使用食用合成苋菜红纯度标准物质校准薄层色谱扫描仪。
The standard substance of edible synthetic pigment amaranth was used to calibrate TLC scanner,and the uncertainty of linear error was evaluated.The sources of uncertainty in the calibration process were analyzed,including the uncertainty introduced by calibration curve fitting value,reference material,solution preparation and sampler.The standard substance concentration required by the calibration specification was prepared by using edible synthetic amaranth purity reference material,and the uncertainty of the preparation result was evaluated.The results showed that the prepared solution met the requirements of the calibration specification,and the edible synthetic amaranth purity reference material could be used to calibrate the TLC scanner.
