摘要
面向特殊群体开展阅读推广,是高校图书馆的职责所在。高校图书馆存在规章制度缺失、馆舍布局欠合理、特殊资源匮乏、服务意识淡薄、特殊群体覆盖面窄、宣传不力、特殊设施“霸位”现象严重等问题。高校图书馆应着力从健全规章制度、科学规划馆舍布局、加大经费投入、强化服务意识、因群施策、强化宣传、加强读者教育引导、注重网络平台建设、制定特殊群体阅读推广考核制度等方面入手,以推动特殊群体阅读推广取得扎实成效,切实改变高校图书馆特殊群体阅读推广滞后的现状。
It is the duty of university libraries to promote reading for special groups.At present,the reading promotion of special groups in university libraries relatively lags behind.The reading promotion of special groups in university libraries has the meaning of practicing the“Regulations of General University Libraries”,promoting universal reading,eliminating the“Knowledge Gap”,meeting the demand of special groups of literature resources,and overcoming the disadvantages of fragmented reading.It also has problems such as lack of rules and regulations,unreasonable layout of libraries,lack of special resources,weak service awareness,narrow coverage of special groups,ineffective publicity,serious“hegemony”of special facilities,and lack of assessment systems.University libraries should focus on improving the rules and regulations,scientifically planning the layout of the building,increasing capital investment,strengthening service awareness,acting according to the crowd,strengthening publicity,strengthening reader education guidance,paying attention to network platforms construction,and formulating special group reading promotion assessment systems,etc.Starting from these aspects,the promotion of reading for special groups will achieve solid results,and effectively change the current situation of lagging in the promotion of special group reading in university libraries.
