摘要
为促进部队战斗力生成,准确评估导弹部队作战单元作战效能,首先建立导弹部队作战单元作战效能评估指标体系,并建立“G1赋权法与层次分析法进行权重确定、灰色综合评价法进行效能等级确定”的作战效能评估体系。评价结果表明:该方法有较强的实用性,能够运用到导弹部队作战单元作战效能评估中,评估结果具有较强的客观性,能够为作战运用决策提供支持。
In order to promote the generation of force combat effectiveness and accurately evaluate the combat effectiveness of missile force combat units,the combat effectiveness evaluation index system of missile force combat units is firstly established,and the combat effectiveness evaluation system of"G1 weighting method and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight and grey comprehensive evaluation method to determine the effectiveness level"is established.The evaluation results show that this method is practical and can be applied to the combat effectiveness evaluation of missile force combat unit.The evaluation results have strong objectivity and can provide support for operational decision-making.
