摘要
针对导弹发射车液压系统维修保障需求,结合实施CBM的工作流程,采用仿真手段确定发射车液压系统监测参数及监测位置。采用主成分分析方法,对仿真数据进行预处理,抽取对监测结果贡献率起关键作用的七个主要成分,建立状态评估模型,完成发射液压系统状态评估。
Directed to the maintenance demand for hydraulic system of missile launcher,and combined with working process of condition-based maintenance,monitoring parameter and monitoring position of missile launcher hydraulic system are determined by simulation.First,the simulation data is preprocessed by principal component analysis,and then seven components that are sig⁃nificant to the monitoring results are selected.At last,the condition evaluation model is built to evaluate the condition for hydraulic system of the missile launcher.
