摘要
目的用知识图谱展示醒脑开窍针刺法的研究热点与趋势,供研究者了解该领域研究现状,为后续研究提供参考与借鉴。方法计算机检索CNKI数据库,搜集有关醒脑开窍针刺法的研究文献,经Refworks转换后,采用CiteSpace 5.5.R2生成醒脑开窍针刺法的关键词共现网络图、聚类图、突现词表、主题演进时区图,进行分析。结果共检索出1752篇醒脑开窍针刺法的研究文献,符合纳入排除标准的有958篇,文献数量从2005年开始增长,2018年达到最高86篇。关键词共现网络和聚类图结果显示,醒脑开窍针刺法的研究领域主要有:针刺机理、穴位和针刺手法联合活血祛瘀药、黄芪桂枝五物汤的应用,治疗卒中后下肢功能障碍及以生活质量和barthel指数作为醒脑开窍针刺法治疗疾病的结局指标的研究。突现词和主题演进时区图结果显示,醒脑开窍针刺法研究热点是针法、醒脑开窍针刺法、脑缺血、醒脑开窍、康复、针灸疗法、医案、吞咽障碍和验案。结论醒脑开窍针刺法的研究主要围绕醒脑开窍针刺法、脑卒中、脑梗死、卒中后吞咽障碍等多个热点进行,其中脑卒中后吞咽障碍是近4年研究热点,未来国内研究还会围绕这些研究热点持续挖掘。
Objective To display the research hot spots and trends of acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation with knowledge domains map,so as to provide the researchers with a better understanding of the research status in this field and provide reference for the follow-up studies.Methods The CNKI database was electronically searched to collect literature studied on acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation.After Refworks conversion,CiteSpace 5.5.R2 was used to generate the keyword co-occurrence network diagram,cluster diagram,emergence word table and topic evolution time zone diagram of acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation,then analyzed.Results A total of 1752 papers on acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation were retrieved,958 of which met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The number of articles has been growing since 2005,reaching a peak of 86 in 2018.The results of co-occurrence network and cluster map show that,the main research fields of acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation including acupuncture mechanism,acupoints and acupuncture manipulation,and the combination application of promoting blood d circulation and removing blood stasis drugs and Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction.The treatment of lower limbs dysfunction after stroke,quality of life and Barthel index as the outcome indicators of acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation.The results of burst term and the time zone chart show that,the hot spots of acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation are acupuncture manipulation,acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation,cerebral ischemia,inducing resuscitation,rehabilitation,acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,dysphagia,medical cases.Conclusion The research on acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation mainly focuses on several hot spots,such as acupuncture method of inducing resuscitation,stroke,cerebral infarction,dysphagia after stroke and others,among them,dysphagia after stroke is a hot spot in recent 4 years.and domestic research will continue to dig around these hot spots in the future.
