Analysis of key stimulation parameters for shale gas horizontal wells

摘要 为优化页岩气水平井增产改造技术,有效提高单井产量,推进页岩气效益规模开发,基于支撑剂运移、裂缝复杂度等多因素约束条件,结合井底压力分析,形成了不同阶段的排量、黏度、水平段长等参数优化图版及排量窗口;采用体积压裂软件模拟与实例相结合,总结出段塞数量、裂缝条数与单井产量存在一定的正相关性;运用生产曲线历史拟合,反演水力裂缝参数、有效动用储层厚度,对渗透率等储层参数以及压裂改造体积进行评价。在A井等实际应用表明,页岩气水平井增产改造关键参数分析技术提高了储层产能评价的有效性和压裂设计的目标性,可为压裂设计与现场施工提供有效的理论支撑。 As to shale gas horizontal wells,in order to optimize the stimulation technology,improve single well production,and promote economical and large-scale development,a chart for parameters optimization,such as displacement,viscosity and length of horizontal section,under different stages was formed based on the multifactor constraints such as proppant migration and fracture complexity,and combining with bottom hole pressure analysis.After combining the simulation by SRV(Stimulated Reservoir Volume)fracturing software with the real case,it is concluded that there is a positive correlation between the slug or fractures numbers and the single well production.To inverse hydraulic fracture parameters and effective reservoir thickness,the history matching was conducted with production curve.And reservoir parameters such as permeability and fracturing volume were also evaluated.The practical application in well A shows that the analysis technology of key stimulation parameters for shale gas horizontal wells improves the effectiveness of reservoir productivity evaluation and the pertinence of fracturing design,which can provide effective theoretical support for fracturing design and field operation.
