摘要
针对LPDDR4芯片系统测试的实际需求,提出了一种LPDDR4芯片在不同SoC系统上测试的方案。该方案在STM32单片机上运行国产开源嵌入式实时操作系统RT-Thread,控制LPDDR4芯片的供电电压按照测试需求进行变化,不仅提升了用户体验,还能节约芯片测试板卡成本。
According to the actual requirements of LPDDR4 chip system testing,this paper proposes a scheme for testing LPDDR4 chips on different SoC systems.The solution runs the domestic open source embedded real-time operating system RT-Thread on the STM32 microcomputer,and controls the power supply voltage of the LPDDR4 chip to change according to the test requirements,which not only improves the user experience,but also saves the cost of the chip test board.
