摘要
长期以来,我国公路隧道衬砌混凝土施工缝渗漏病害突出,直接影响工程质量、后期运营和使用寿命,而传统中埋式止水带安装工艺存在较多质量问题,亟待改进。以石川子隧道项目为例,介绍了二次衬砌新型端模的设计与制作、中埋式止水带的安装工艺与控制要点。此新工艺减少了止水带止水效果差、易出现渗水病害等问题。
For a long time,the concrete construction joint leakage has become an outstanding problem for tunnel lining of highway in our country,and it brings direct impact on project quality,late operation and working life.There are a lot of quality issues for the installation technology of traditional buried-in water stop which are to be rectified urgently.Take Shichuanzi Tunnel as an example,the article introduces the design and fabrication of new secondary lining module,installation technology and control points for buried-in water stop.This new technology reduces the problems like poor effect of water stop and prone water seepage etc.
