摘要 开发利用红毛藻资源,增加其附加值.本文采用超声波辅助提取红毛藻多酚,以福建莆田南日岛养殖的红毛藻为原料,研究不同液料比、乙醇浓度、超声时间和超声温度对红毛藻多酚提取量的影响.在单因素基础上,以Box-Behnken中心组合设计为基础建立数学模型,再以多酚提取量为响应值进行响应面分析.结果表明:红毛藻多酚超声波辅助提取的最优工艺条件为:液料比(V:m)31:1 mL·g^-1、乙醇浓度63%、超声时间22 min、超声温度64℃.红毛藻多酚提取量在上述最优条件下为5.676 mg·g^-1. In order to exploit and utilize the resources of Bangiafusco-purpurea,and to further develop its additional value,the polyphenols of Bangiafusco-purpurea was extracted via ultrasound-assisted method.Bangiafusco-purpurea from Nanri Island in Putian City,Fujian Province was used as raw material.The influence of different ethanol ratio,liquid-material ratio,ultrasonic temperature and time on the final extraction yield was discussed.On the basis of single factor,a mathematical model was established by Box-behnken central combinatorial design,then the extraction yield of polyphenols was taken as the output for further study.The results showed that the optimized process conditions were:liquid-material ratio(V︰m)31︰1 mL·g^-1,ethanol concentration 63%,ultrasonic time 22 min,ultrasonic temperature 64℃.The extraction yield of polyphenols from Bangiafusco-purpurea was 5.676 mg·g^-1 under the above optimal conditions.
