摘要
目的探讨趋化因子Fractalkine(FKN)及其受体CX3CR1在急性脑梗死患者中的临床意义。方法收集60例急性脑梗死患者起病24 h、72 h和6 d的血清,应用酶联免疫吸附(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)方法检测FKN及其受体CX3CR1和炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达水平。分析FKN、CX3CR1和TNF-α表达水平与美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和脑梗死体积的相关性。结果急性脑缺血患者FKN、CX3CR1和TNF-α在72 h达最高,后逐渐下降(P均<0.05),并且中度患者FKN、CX3CR1和TNF-α表达均高于轻度患者(P均<0.05),重度患者FKN、CX3CR1和TNF-α表达均高于轻度和中度患者(P均<0.05)。急性脑梗死患者脑梗死体积与FKN、CX3CR1呈正相关(P均<0.01)。结论趋化因子FKN及其受体CX3CR1可与急性脑梗死疾病的发生发展有关,可以作为评判临床病情的辅助指标之一。
Objective To observe the impression of chemokine Fractalkine(FKN)and its receptor CX3CR1 in patients with cerebral infarction and explore these clinical significances in this disease.Methods A total of 60patients with cerebral infarction were enrolled.The expression levels of their serum FKN,CX3CR1 and TNF-α were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Comparison was made in the expression levels of the serum FKN,CX3CR1 and TNF-αamong patients with different times of onset.At the same time,the relevance of the serum FKN,CX3CR1 and TNF-αlevels with the cerebral infarction volume and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores were analyzed.Results The levels of FKN,CX3CR1 and TNF-αincreased after onset(P all<0.05),and to the peak at 72h compared with 24h and 6days(P all<0.05).The highest of FKN,CX3CR1 and TNF-αlevels were positively correlated with the severity and the of the cerebral infarction volume(P all<0.01).Conclusion FKN and CX3CR1 were involved in the deterioration of acute cerebral infarction and might be a valuable market for acute cerebral infarction assessment.
