摘要
本文研究了富硒茶中硒元素原子荧光分析测定方法,建立了浸泡茶水中及不同茶叶中微量元素硒含量的分析测定方法。并用接近实际饮茶方式的实验模拟方法进行试验设计,研究了浸泡不同时间、不同次数的茶水中微量元素硒的浸出情况。比较了样品的单酸和混酸两种消化方式,对仪器的测定参数以及氢化物发生条件进行了优化。样品经HNO3-HCIO4消解后,用6mol·L^-1的HCl将Se6+还原为Se4+,在优化的实验条件下,方法对茶叶中Se的检出限为0.1309ng·mL^-1。本方法可作为茶叶中微量元素有效硒(可浸出含量)品质的参考评价方法。
This paper sets up a sensitive method for the determination of selenium in selenium-rich tea by atomic fluorescence spectrometry,it can be proper for different kinds of tea and tea steep solution.With simulation experiment design that close to the actual way of tea drinking,the leaching situation of trace element selenium in different way have been studied.Determinating parameters of the instrument and hydride conditions were optimized.Two types of tea digesting were compared,tea and its leaching solusion can be digested completely by HNO3-HCIO4.Under optial conditions,the determination limit for Se was 0.1309ng·mL^-1.This method can be used as an effective tea quality evaluation method.
