摘要
在线教育的迅猛发展革新了传统教育领域。在此背景下,教师身份不可避免地发生转变,其表征有形象庸俗化、本职削减化、课程产品化及师生关系商业化等。在探究教师身份转变之因的基础上,即在线教育场域以利益为宗旨、教师缺乏独立精神和批判精神、教师的专业发展未得到重视,提出教师身份重构的路径,具体表现为:从转变观念、规范制度、健全反馈与监督链净化在线教育场域,践行“人本”教育理念;从建立在线教育教师协会、教师反思实践重塑教师精神,提倡人格独立与批判精神;从内外相结合的方式促进教师专业发展。
A teacher's identity is inevitably changed during the rapid development of online education that has revolutionized traditional education,which is represented by vulgarized image,reduced professional duties and commercialized courses and teacher-student relationship.To reconstruct teachers'identity,some possible paths were proposed in the paper below such as cleaning up online education by means of idea transformation,system standardization,feedback and supervision chain improvement guided by the“people-oriented”educational principle,advocating independent personality and critical spirit by establishing teachers association for online edcuation and rebuilding teachers'spirit,and promoting teachers'professional development through both internal and external stimulation on the basis of an analysis of the causes of such a change including online education's profit-seeking nature,teachers'lack of independent and critical spirit and little attention paid to their professional development.
