摘要
油气储运在社会发展过程中发挥着不可替代的重要作用,油气储运系统也必须在严格遵守节能环保理念的前提下,加大油气储运系统节能技术研究和应用的力度,才能在保证油气储运系统安全稳定运行的前提下,促进其节能效果的稳步提升。
As oil and gas storage and transportation plays an irreplaceable role in the process of social development,the oil and gas storage and transportation system must also strengthen the research and application of energy saving technology on the premise of strictly observing the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection,so as to promote the steady improvement of its energy-saving effect on the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the oil and gas storage and transportation system.
