摘要
目的观察金天格胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的58例原发性骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者,随机分为两组各29例。两组均予以手术及术后抗感染治疗,同时对照组术后给予碳酸钙和阿仑磷酸钠治疗,观察组术后给予金天格胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应,以及治疗前后的骨密度、疼痛程度、腰椎功能。结果治疗后,观察组的骨密度显著高于对照组,VAS评分、ODI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为96.55%,显著高于对照组的79.31%(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为3.45%,显著低于对照组的24.14%(P<0.05)。结论金天格胶囊治疗原发性骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的效果显著,且不良反应较少,可有效提升患者的骨密度,减轻疼痛,改善腰椎功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jintiange capsule in the treatment of primary osteoporotic vertebral compressive fracture.Methods 58 patients with primary osteoporotic vertebral compressive fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 29 cases in each group.Both groups received surgical treatment and postoperative anti-infection treatment;Meanwhile,the control group was treated with calcium carbonate and sodium alenphate after surgery,and the observation group was treated with Jintiange capsule after surgery.The treatment effect,adverse reaction,and bone density,pain degree and lumbar function before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the bone density of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and VAS and ODI scores were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 96.55%,significantly higher than 79.31%of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 3.45%,significantly lower than 24.14%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Jintiange capsule has significant effect and few adverse reactions in the treatment of primary osteoporotic vertebral compressive fracture,which can effectively improve patients'bone density,relieve pain,and improve the lumbar function.
