摘要
近期重庆市中医院肾病科收治脂蛋白肾病(Lipoprotein glomerulopathy,LPG)1例。现回顾分析病例资料、中西医诊疗及随访情况,并进行文献复习、中医传统理论阐述及讨论。以提高临床对中医药诊治该病的认识。
A case of lipoprotein glomerulopathy(LPG)was recently treated in the Nephrology Department of Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Now the case data,diagnosis and treatment of Chinese and Western medicine and follow-up were retrospectively analyzed,and the literature,traditional Chinese medicine theory and discussion was reviewed.The purpose is to improve clinical understanding of the traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
