摘要
目的探讨舒适护理模式对肝癌介入患者护理效果和生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年3月~2019年12月我院肝癌介入患者78例的临床资料,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组39例。对照组用常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上采用舒适护理,比较两组睡眠质量、患者的舒适程度、生活质量。结果干预后研究组和对照组PSQI分数均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组PSQI评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组腰背酸痛、术侧肢体麻木、排尿障碍发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组GPH、GPS、GSO、GSS、SLI、总分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝癌介入患者采用舒适护理能有效提高患者的舒适度,改善睡眠质量,提高生活质量,有较高的应用价值,建议在临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the impacts of comfortable nursing mode on nursing efficacy and life quality in interventional patients with liver cancer.Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with liver cancer interventional therapy in our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into the study group(n=39)and the control group(n=39).The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given comfortable nursing based on routine nursing.The sleep quality,comfortableness and life quality of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of the study group and the control group were significantly reduced,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the PSQI score of the study group was lower,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence rates of waist and back pain,numbness of limbs on the operative side and dysuria in the study group were significantly lower,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,GPH,GPS,GSO,GSS,SLI and total score according to the quality of life scale were higher in the study group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing for interventional patients with liver cancer can effectively improve the comfortableness,sleep quality and life quality of the patients.with great application value,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
