摘要
专业学位研究生教育已经成为我国研究生教育体系的重要部分,如何提高专业学位研究生工程能力是培养单位长期关注的焦点。文章在地质工程领域专业学位研究生培养实践基础上,充分调研国内外相关的培养模式和质量体系,进行了系统的总结。通过制定个性化培养计划、校企深度融合、学科竞赛、问题导向的科学研究等方式,提高学生科学习惯和工程实践能力,通过不管改进教学方法和职业道德培养,培养学生的良好的工程认知。学生通过不断实践、不断训练、不断学习、主动思考,逐步形成核心工程实践能力,养成良好的工程素养。地质工程领域培养实践表明,学生通过全方位培养,工程能力和素养得到显著提高。
Graduate education of professional degree has become an important part of graduate education system in China.How to improve the engineering ability of graduate students of professional degree is the focus of training units for a long time.In this paper,based on the practice of postgraduate training in the field of geological engineering,the relevant training modes and quality systems at home and abroad are fully investigated and systematically summarized.Through the development of personalized training plan,deep integration of schools and enterprises,subject competition,problem-based scientific research and other ways,to improve students'scientific habits and engineering practice ability,through no matter how to improve teaching methods and professional ethics training,to cultivate students'good engineering cognition.Through continuous practice,continuous training,continuous learning and active thinking,students gradually form core engineering practice ability and good engineering literacy.The training practice in the field of geological engineering shows that the engineering ability and quality of students have been significantly improved through all-round training.
