摘要
为更大程度地降低胶黏物对纸管原纸生产的影响,选择新型的分解型胶黏物控制剂(胶黏物控制酶)来代替传统的分散型胶黏物控制剂(其成分为蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-30、单硬酯酸甘油酯、留兰香油等)。车间中试结果:一方面,在纸管原纸生产中使用胶黏物控制酶使用效果优于胶黏物控制剂,且产生的经济效益同样优于控制剂。另一方面,酶为绿色产品,对环境几乎无任何影响,具有较高的环境效益。
In order to reduce the inf luence of stickies on the production of core board paper,a new decomposition stickies controlling agent(stickies controlling enzyme)is selected to replace the t raditional dispersed stickies cont rolling agent(its principal composition are polyoxyethylene castor oil EL-30,glyceryl monostearate,spearmint oil,etc.).The results of the workshop pilot test:on the one hand,the use of stickies control enzymes in the production of core board paper is better than stickies control agents,and the economic benefits are also better than control agents;on the other hand,enzymes are green products that have almost no impact on the environment and have high environmental benefits.
