摘要
为解决传统燃煤热风炉浪费能源、污染环境以及热效率偏低等问题,研制了一种生物质热风炉。采用螺旋翅片管换热器对流换热与炉膛辐射换热技术,对生物质热风炉的炉膛、炉排及热效率等分别进行了参数设计计算,并以生物质颗粒为原料,在样机上进行了各项实验。试验结果表明,该生物质热风炉能够充分燃烧生物质颗粒,换热量为588888kJ/h,换热效率为72%,具有环保、节能、节省成本的优势,符合国家关于热风炉标准要求,适合蔬菜、粮食等农产品的烘干。
In order to solve the problems of wasting energy,polluting environment and low thermal efficiency of traditional coalfired hot blast stoves,this paper develops a biomass hot blast stove,which adopts convection heat transfer and furnace radiant heat transfer technology of spiral finned tube heat exchanger.Parameter design calculations were carried out for the furnace,grate and thermal efficiency of the biomass hot blast stove,and various experiments were carried out on the prototype using biomass pellets as raw materials.The test results show that,the biomass hot blast stove is capable of fully burning biomass particles,its heat exchange capacity is 588888 kJ/h,and heat exchange efficiency is 72%,which are in line with the national requirements for hot blast stoves.The stove is suitable for drying of agricultural products such as vegetables and grains.
