摘要
为了研究在紫外光长期作用下高弹改性沥青及其混合料的性能特性,以室内荧光紫外老化仪模拟紫外光条件,对高弹改性沥青及混合料SMA10进行紫外老化试验,测试了不同紫外老化时间后高弹改性沥青的基本性能,并通过车辙试验、低温小梁试验、浸水马歇尔试验及冻融劈裂试验对高弹改性沥青混合料SMA10高低温性能及水稳定性能进行了评价。结果表明:1)在紫外老化初期,高弹改性沥青基本性能发生明显变化,在紫外老化后期,基本性能趋于稳定;2)紫外老化后高弹改性沥青混合料SMA10的高温性能、低温性能及水稳定性略有降低,但均满足规范要求,仍有良好的路用性能。
To study performance characteristics ofthe highly elastic modified bitumen binder and the mixture SMA10 under long-term effect of UV,the UV aging test was carried out with a fluorescent ultraviolet aging instrument to simulate UV,and the basic performance of the highly elastic modified asphalt after different UV aging time was tested.The high and low temperature performance and water stability performance of the highly elastic modified asphalt mixture SMA10 were evaluated through rutting test,low temperature joisttest,water immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test.The resulstshows that:1)in the early stage of UV aging,the basic performance of highly elastic modified asphalt changes significantly.In the later stage of UV aging,the basic performance tends to be stable;2)in terms of high elastic modified asphalt mixture SMA10,the high temperature performance,low temperature performance and water stability of the mixture after UV aging are slightly reduced,but they all meet the specification requirements and have good road performance.
