新时代中医药院校“三双共振”人才培养模式探索与实践——以湖南中医药大学为例 被引量:7

摘要 中医药高等院校是高等教育体系的重要组成部分,肩负着培养高素质中医药人才的使命。本文重点分析了新时代提升中医药人才培养质量的现实需要以及人才培养面临的挑战,介绍了学校“三双共振”中医药人才培养模式的实践探索,认为该模式实现了课程体系改革建设双结合、教学质量评估通道双闭环、教师教书育人能力双提升三者的相辅相成和同频共振,能有效集聚合力,切实提升中医药人才培养质量。 Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)colleges and universities are an important part of the higher education system,shouldering the mission of cultivating high-quality Chinese medicine talents with comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetics and labor education.This paper focused on analyzing the actual needs of improving the quality of TCM talent training in the new era and the challenges faced by talent training,and introduced the practical exploration of the college's"three double resonance"TCM talent training model.It is believed that this model realizes the complementary and syn-frequency resonance of dual combination of curriculum system reform and construction,the double closed loop of teaching quality evaluation channel and double improvement of teachers'teaching and cultivating ability,which can effectively gather cohesion and effectively improve the quality of TCM talent training.
