摘要
将中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)及碳纤维(CF)熔融共混制备了CF增强改性MDPE复合材料。通过力学性能、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)及流变分析等方法,研究了添加不同比例CF对复合材料综合性能的影响。结果表明:CF加入后,保持韧性同时能明显改善MDPE复合材料的屈服强度及弹性模量等力学性能,结合SEM及流变分析,CF含量为10%的复合材料的综合性能优异且易成型加工。
Medium density polyethylene(MDPE) and carbon fiber(CF) were melt blended to prepare CF reinforced modified MDPE composites. The effects of different proportion of CF on the comprehensive properties of the composites were studied by means of mechanical properties, DSC, SEM and rheological analysis. The results show that the yield strength and elastic modulus mechanical properties of MDPE composites can be significantly improved by adding CF. Combined with SEM and rheological analysis, the composites with 10% CF content has excellent comprehensive properties, and it is easy to form and process.
