风机塔筒倾斜的液体静力水准自动监测方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 风机塔筒的沉降与变形严重威胁风电场的安全运行。文中通过研究液体静力水准自动变形监测系统的工作机理,确定了风机塔筒自动化静力水准监测的基本流程。实测结果表明,较之电子水准测量,液体静力水准可有效提高监测效率,保证监测精度与可靠性,实现风机塔筒的全天候自动监测。 Subsidence and the deformation of the wind turbine tower were serious threat to the safe operation of the wind power plant.In this paper,by studying the working mechanism of the hydrostatic level automatic deformation monitoring system,the basic process of the automatic static level monitoring of the wind turbine tower was determined.Measured results showed that the hydrostatic leveling could effectively improve the monitoring efficiency,ensure the accuracy and reliability of monitoring,and achieve all-weather automatic monitoring for wind turbine tower comparing with the electronic leveling.
