离子色谱法测定水中4种无机阴离子的试验条件控制研究 被引量:7

摘要 离子色谱法是测定水中无机阴离子的有效方法,随着仪器使用时间的增加,在节约成本的条件下,如何提高低浓度样品测定结果的准确度成为人们研究的重点。本文通过重量法配制标准曲线,调整进样量、淋洗液浓度、抑制器电流,在等度淋洗的前提下,用实验室所用老柱(保护柱、分析柱)和新柱(保护柱、分析柱)分别进行分析试验。通过不断摸索试验条件,试验结果的准确度和精密度显著提高,同时检出限等指标都符合《水质无机阴离子(F^-、Cl^-、NO2^-、Br^-、NO3^-、PO43^-、SO32^-、SO42^-)的测定离子色谱法》(HJ 84—2016)的标准要求。 Ion chromatography is an effective method to determine inorganic anions in water,as the use time of the instrument increases,how to improve the accuracy of the measurement results of low-concentration samples under the condition of saving costs has become the focus of research.In this paper,a standard curve was prepared by the gravimetric method,and the injection volume,eluent concentration and suppressor current were adjusted,under the premise of isocratic elution,the old column(guard column and analytical column)and new column(guard column and analytical column)used in the laboratory were used in the analysis test respectively.Through continuous exploration of the test conditions,the accuracy and precision of the test results have been significantly improved,and the detection limit and other indicators are in line with the"Water Quality-Determination of Inorganic Anions(F^-、Cl^-、NO2^-、Br^-、NO3^-、PO43^-、SO32^-、SO42^-)-Ion Chromatograph"(HJ 84—2016)standard requirements.
