摘要
底座作为放顶煤液压支架中的关键部件,保证其结构具有较好的结构强度,对提高液压支架的支撑效果极为重要。在分析放顶煤液压支架结构特点基础上,以ZFS2650-14型放顶煤液压支架为分析对象,采用Workbench软件研究了底座的结构性能,得出底座的中部为薄弱部位,极容易发生结构变形或开裂等失效现象,并有针对性的开采了底座的优化改进设计。该研究对提高底座的结构强度具有重要作用,也为后期开展液压支架其他部件的结构强度研究提供了重要参考。
As the key component of the hydraulic support for caving coal,the base is very important to improve the support effect of the hydraulic support to ensure that its structure has good structural strength.Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the top coal caving hydraulic support,taking ZFS2650-14 type caving hydraulic support as the analysis object,the structural performance of the base was studied by using Workbench software,and the results showed that the middle part of the base was the weak part,which was prone to structural deformation or cracking and other failure phenomena,and the optimized design of the base was targeted.The research played an important role in improving the structural strength of the base,and also provided an important reference for the following research on the structural strength of other components of hydraulic support.
