摘要
染色布色牢度指染色织物受外力作用下的退色程度,与染料的化学结构、所处状态、染色织物的纤维密度、纤维性质、织物组织的结构有关。耐湿摩擦色牢度(FWR)指在物理和化学作用下,染色纺织品颜色的保持程度。文章对机织浓色纯棉染色布的耐湿摩擦色牢度进行了分析,研究其优劣,并提出了提升染色布耐湿摩擦色牢度的有效措施。
Color fastness of dyed cloth refers to the degree of fading of dyed fabric under external force.It is related to the chemical structure of dye,the state of dye,the fiber density of dyed fabric,the fiber properties and the structure of fabric structure.Wet friction fastness refers to the degree of color retention of dyed textiles under physical and chemical action.In this paper,the wet friction fastness of woven thick cotton dyed cloth is analyzed,its advantages and disadvantages are studied,and effective measures to improve the wet friction fastness of dyed cloth are put forward.
