摘要
针对发射段产生的振动能量经由科学试验柜传递到其内部安装的试验仪器,造成仪器损伤的特点,提出了一种结构阻尼一体化技术,来增大结构的结构阻尼,衰减振动能量,从而保护仪器的安全。将其应用到空间站的科学试验柜上,仿真及试验结果表明,该结构形式能有效地提高结构阻尼,抑制试验设备的振动响应。
A method for designing structural⁃damping integration technology is proposed in this paper for protecting the instrument in the scientific cabinet by increasing the structural damping and attenuating the vibration energy.The instrument is damaged by vibration generated by the launch.By applying it to the scientific cabinet,increasing the structural damping and decreasing the vibration response of the scientific cabinet is verifying by the numerical simulation and vibration test.
