摘要
光谱仪主要遵循的就是光学色散原理,在实践中多用于分析研究光谱。它可对光的光谱特性进行测量。基于提高现有光谱仪的性价比,便携性和针对性的目的,将OPM模块应用在光谱仪中,针对OPM模块功能的多样性,通过将OPM作为主要模块,优化算法,开发出一款成本更低,更小巧,针对性更强(针对C波段)的光谱测试仪器投入使用,对生产应用有较大地帮助。结合软件研发以及功能验证和温度实验,完成了的模块可以较好地测定光谱的中心频率和光功率等参数,模块响应速度比一般市面上的便携式光谱仪更快,成本要低50%以上,可以达到设计的期望。
The spectrometer mainly follows the principle of optical dispersion,which is often used to analyze and study the spectrum in practice.It can measure the spectral characteristics of light.Based on the purpose of improving the performance price ratio,portability and pertinence of the existing spectrometer,the OPM module is applied in the spectrometer.Aiming at the diversity of the OPM module functions,by taking OPM as the main module and optimizing the algorithm,a spectrum testing instrument with lower cost,smaller size and stronger pertinence(for C band)is developed and put into use,which will be of great help to the production and application.Combined with the software development,function verification and temperature experiment,the completed module can measure the central frequency and optical power of the spectrum better.The response speed of the module is faster than the portable spectrometer on the market,and the cost is lower than 50%,which can reach the design expectation.
