摘要
根据实践,总结了汽车保险杠模具设计的经验及关键技术,主要包括数字化设计与制造技术、模具的内分型技术、热流道顺序阀进浇方案、模具的三级顶出系统以及模具随形冷却水路系统。数字化是实现保险杠模具设计的重要技术,注塑成型分析是确定模具方案的快捷有效的方法,随形冷却水路是实现保险杠均匀冷却、缩短成型周期的重要手段,三级顶出是保险杠制品质量的最后保障。
This paper summarized the experience and key technologies of mould design for car bumper,including digital design and manufacturing technology,inner parting technology,pouring scheme of hot runner sequence valve,three-level ejecting system and conformal channel cooling system.Digitization is an important technology to realize the mould design of bumper.Injection moulding analysis is a quick and effective method to determine the mould injection scheme.The conformal channel cooling system is important to achieve uniform cooling and short the forming cycle.The three-level ejecting system is the last guarantee of produc quality of bumper.
